The payment can be done by credit or debit cards or via PayPal.
IS IT SECURED?
Payments with credit and debit cards are done through our website’s specialised partner Stripe, who provide security without any hassle. Stripe hold Level 1 PCI Service Provider certification, the most stringent level of certification.
Payment with PayPal is done through PayPal Holdings, Inc., who have provided world-class online money transfer for individuals and businesses over the years. Your payment will be perfectly secured.

Parcel type: Royal Mail signed for 1st class.

HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY BE PACKAGED?
All Kat Foreman jewellery is neatly packaged in a gift box and posted in a padded envelope.
Your purchase receipt will also come with your parcel. Please get in touch if you would like your item sent as a gift and require separate delivery of your receipt.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY JEWELLERY?
I would be very sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 14-day return/refund policy.
Please contact me with your reason for return and to request the return address. The cost of return postage is at the expense of the buyer.
The parcel must be returned protected in its original packaging. Please note that I cannot refund you if the received item was damaged or got lost on the way back, so I strongly recommend you to use a trackable carrier.
Earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Once I have received your parcel your refund will be made using the original payment method.
WHAT IF I GOT THE WRONG ORDER?
Although I take extreme care with each order, on very rare occasions an order may be wrong.
If this should happen, please contact me via email. I will kindly ask you to return the faulty item(s), and will happily pay for the return postage. You can then decide whether you would like to be fully refunded or receive a new item in perfect condition.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER ONE?
You can exchange your jewellery for a different size or colour, where available, within 14 days of receiving the order. The cost of return postage will be at the expense of buyer.
Only one exchange per order is accepted. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock you will be notified of the delay whilst I make it for you.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
Gold lustre colour may fade with use, particularly that worn close to the body. Sterling silver may become tarnished and dull over time. This is a normal result from long-term wear and contact with air. However, with careful handling your jewellery can have a longer life. Here are some care tips for you:
Please avoid direct contact with water and chemical products, such as soap, perfume, hand cleaning gel, oils, make up, moisturisers, etc.
Please do not wear jewellery while swimming or showering. Use a soft cloth to dry if it gets wet.
Please do not yank and pull chains or components.
You can remove tarnish from sterling silver with a silver cleaning cloth. This will not harm the porcelain.
For the porcelain part, please avoid impact with hard surfaces and sharp objects as it can be a fragile material.
Please store the jewellery in a dry place such as your bedroom, and not the bathroom. We recommend storing the jewellery in its original packaging to avoid it being damaged or scratched.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY BECOMES DAMAGED?
Please get in touch and I will do everything I can to repair or replace missing or damaged parts. Please note this may incur a cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Bespoke items can take up to 6 weeks to produce so please leave plenty of time for completion.

Please contact me quoting 'Commission Service' and a brief description of what you would like and when you need it by. I will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your needs and explain the process in more detail. After a design has been agreed you will be asked for a 25% deposit before I begin making your item(s).
